Rosalyn Taylor O’Neale, Vice President & Chief Diversity
& Inclusion Officer at Campbell Soup Company, is one of
the nation’s preeminent speakers, educators and
consultants on leadership, diversity and inclusion, race
and gender.
She grew up in the 50’s spending her childhood in what
was then a very segregated South.
From the 50’s into the 21st century, this African American
woman has traveled across six continents, filling her life
with interesting people and difficult subjects.
O’Neale joined Campbell in 2008 after more than 17
years of global diversity expertise across a range of
industries and cultures.
